I can't POSITIVELY confirm this, but I heard from various sources that
every WC game after 4 will be Win95 only.  Furthermore, in the January
issue of Computer Game Review, EA said "all products beginning
development after the Game SDK launch will start their lives as
Windows 95 native, then move to other operating systems as EA seems
fit."  As you may or may not know, OSI is owned by EA.
