All the stuff that is related to DOS or Windows. The DOS version can be 
slowdowned by using MOSLO, the Windows version cannot. The Windows 
version should be able to use USB joysticks I think. The Windows version 
should runs a bit more stable and should already have all the patches I 
think (I only own DOS versions, so I am not too sure here).
