More Wing Commander 2 problems...

Hi,

just a few more questions following the discussion about getting WC2 to run.
OK, I've managed to solve the
memory problem quite well with a boot disk but then few more problems
appeared:

1. The game crashes during animation sequences with speech and sometimes
during the flight when some
speech is played or before it I guess. I know this is probably something to
do with the soundcard (I got SBLive)
and its IRQ settings, but what can I do to correct this?

2. Another thing that's annoying me is that, can I use speech while using
the Roland-MT32 soundsystem?
The install script asks if one wants speech even if you don't select
Soundblaster. So, is it even possible?
I'd rather go for those Roland sounds as the SB effects and music really
suck.

3. The speed issue. The game runs too fast on my Celeron-466 even if I run
MoSlo Deluxe at 1%. I tried disabling
the caches from BIOS but this slows the game too much and all sounds get
cracky. CPU-Killer did slow it down quite
well but it needs Windows to run so that would mean no SB/Speech. Any
suggestions on what to do?

Thanks to anyone who can help!
