Eeek! Kinda glad I use the oldfashioned physical one, less chance of me messing it up if I change stuff on my phone lol (I also took the approach that should I ever lose my phone, that'd be annoying enough without it also locking me out of WoW...) Ok, so every few years I might need a new one, but then my current one dates back to TBC (got it very soon after they were introduced as a guildie got hacked at around the same time, acting as a valuable example to me!) and the battery hasn't gone yet; I bought a spare one about 3 years back, so I wouldn't have to wait for a new one to arrive when the battery inevitably died, but... it hasn't gone yet lol. Probably down to the Bnet desktop client not requiring constant authentication; I only use it once every few weeks instead of multiple times a day now. >Ticket + a copy of my passport to Blizzard at 00:01am. Nice additions to the response too, sounds like you got a guy with a sense of fun :-D I've only had to use customer service twice myself, both times had a quick and helpful response, can't complain at all :-)
