I seriously love Blizzard's support.

Last night I decided to reinstall windows on a new ssd.  "hen everything 
was done, all the necessary software + WoW was installed I downloaded 
the battlenet app.  The security code didnt work...
After a few attempts I realized I should have written down a restore 
code from the old authenticator before I reset the phone to factory 
settings.
Ticket + a copy of my passport to Blizzard at 00:01am.  I went to bed. 
At that time I'd read this would take several days and maybe even a 
week.  This morning there was an email from the support.  2 hours later. 
  The old authenticator was removed from my account 02:07am between sat 
and sun(!!!) + a nutty message from the person who did it. Prolly some 
standard copy'n'paste text.  But nevertheless very fun. :)

	I have removed your authenticator and reset your password for security 
reasons ^^ You should be good to go once you reset your password.

a change then please our suggestion tool in game!
	
	Suggestion tool highlights include: Not using your real name on the 
forums, account wide mounts, faster rep on alts and the ability to queue 
for multiple raids at the same time and the ability to summon your 
heirlooms (WoD update) like you do pets/mounts! :D so again if you have 
an idea! Escape (In game)  > Help > Make a suggestion.
