You lucky git :-) Friend of mine did that a few years back lol, he
knew about it alright, commented in guildchat he really wanted it to
drop, a few seconds later there came the achievement!

Yeah, totally soloable now, albeit you do have to know and understand
the details of the fight to succeed - I'd learned it with all keepers
up in MoP, and managed at best one keeper up (enough for the meta ach)
duoing with my bf, but that was huge stress and took tons of tries...
tried it with 0 keepers at 100 and went fine, phew! 

Apparently it's bugged for shamans though, and they cannot do it; not
sure what the bug exactly is, just that it won't work and they can't
kill him. Maybe that got fixed by now though; I've just not bothered
trying on my shaman!
