I got the same shadopan dailies tuesday night and wednesday morning. 
When I handed in the completed dailies from the night before a new blue 
exclamation mark popped on the main questgiver and I got the same 
dailies again.  I think this also can happen with operation: shieldwall. 
  At least I'm able to hand in shieldwall dailies 2 times wednesday morning.

But if I have 4 completed dailies with august celestials from the night 
before and I pick up the new daily quest at the shrine the old dailies 
from the night before gets overwritten/deleted.  So august celestials 
cant be done two times like those above.

Its practially the same issue with klaxxi, tiller and order of the cloud 
serpent.  Once you hand in their faction dailies from the night before 
you wont get new dailies.
Im unsure about the dailies at the anglers.

Golden lotus is a little odd.  I got the daily where I had to kill Milau 
tuesday night.  When I handed in that daily wednesday morning I got a 
new daily quest inside the ruins (the daily where you have to deactivate 
a wall and pick up an artifact from the final room).  I think its 
because the daily ruin quest is the only daily quest which is random at 
this faction.

Same here.  But if I have quests in the quest log I can reacquire I just 
abandon those and pick them up later.
