I just did Dark Skies (one of the flying quests in dread wastes) and I still have the buff. Btw. I have started doing the dailies the night before. So last night I did shado-pan garrison and operation: shieldwall + many others. I handed in the completed quests this morning and got new dailies from those two factions. So completing those faction quests two times today == double up on VPs. It seems its not possible to complete the daily temple quests two times. 758 VPs from vp buff just on dailies.
