Did you do this manually, or did you have a macro for this? > Though until you can charge in Defensive stance, you'd probably save > this for pulls when you don't have rage left over from the previous > fight. Actually, I was more thinking about situations where I am still running towards a group of mobs and while running I see a fireball fizz past me into the group I was heading for. It would be nice to be sure that I'm the first one to beat on the mobs. > If you remember to just auto-attack for the last 4 or 5 seconds of the > last mob, you should be able to build up a nice reserve of rage to get > you to the next pull. Yes, I succesfully used this on my druid tank to make sure I had enough rage for the next pull and have tried using that strategy last night on my warrior. The problem is that without a rage-conserving charge I'd often need all of that rage (and more) to collect mobs prematurely pulled by the ranged dps. I guess I'll need another standard macro: "Hi, low level tanking is lacking some of the nice mechanisms available later. I would appreciate it if you'd let me pull and if you'd wait with your attacks until I've started beating on a group of mobs." We'll see how that works.
