T2 - Bank - Presses all buttons but no green light!

The walkthroughs tell me that all the buttons in the big gizmo
downstairs have to be depressed in order for the safe to be opened.
I've tried all combinations of button presses (all in, all out, and
many others) but the damn light just stays RED....am I missing
something here?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
