Just a note on this one and Eastwater Bank. These are contest missions that
had to be kept within a very small size limitation. That was specified and
they weren't allowed to exceed it. Eastwater actually did a bit and it was
disqualified from some of the categories. There have been 3 sets of
contests all together and the last one had the smallest allowed area to
build in. If you want to see lists of the contest entries for the last
contest, so you know which ones they are, check the Keep of Metal and Gold
here: http://www.keepofmetalandgold.com/ Look for details on Contest 3,
down the side of the page. The only missions listed for the first two are
the winners, but if you'd like a list of the names, I could send them to
you. They need to be reviewed a little differently, I think, as they are
created in a very short period of time in a small area, with very little
chance for betatesting (though I have tested a couple).

A lot of these missions were first time attempts, as well, which also makes
a few of them rather rough, but some are excellent. Have you tried
Deceptive Perceptions yet? Play it at night, with the lights out and watch
everything VERY carefully. It's terrific!

As for the vault in FCBT- Annex, you can open it. Here's a quote from the
author on how to do it: (CONTAINS SPOILERS!!)

"Straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

The combination for the lock has four stages. If you get confused, pressing
the small button will reset the lock. The exact combination is...

Middle, Top, Bottom, Middle

There is a smaller lock puzzle inside the vault. Just because you can use a
lockpick in a lock, doesn't mean that that pick will be successful. Try
always to move forward."
