Pretty sure they're not gonna detect your IP. They didn't do that with
WoW, which is also region locked. But ordering the game from overseas
is gonna take a couple weeks. And you'll probably have to do it
through ebay or something, most US outlets don't ship to Europe.

And you'll have to use a dummy bnet account as opposed to the one in
your name that you add your other Blizzard games to, probably.

Well, I was hoping for the amount in milliseconds. If it rises above
300, good micro is gonna be out the window and you're not gonna be
able to play the game competitively at a high level.
