Allows you to play SC through UDP LAN mode, which suits much better
for modern day high-bandwidth/low-latency connections, seeing the
Battle.net mode in SC is gimped/optimized for 28.8k dial-up from 10
years ago, and comes with a built-in latency setting of roughly half a
second, which is kind of gay in this day when there's a better
alternative available.
