Almost every desk job is useless filler. > Keeping "work" in place serves as nothing more than a way for those in power > to stay in power. Without "work" the class system would be obliterated. I disagree; even humans are still required for desk jobs, simply for abstract thinking. If left for computers to do, then they are bound within their programming, and the occational much-needed random task that needs to be done can't be accomplished. Example: I work in a warehouse that on occation due to logistics and gov't regs, we keep a close eye on orders. If we need to hold a truck over or "short and ship" it, then we need the approval of someone who can make a guess about the coming events of the next day to give us the ok on what to do. You might be able to replace the loader, but you can't make a computer make a decision based on guesses. You'd have to set a boundary, and by doing that, you can't have the maching break it's programming to make spontaneous decisions. -- =========================================== Reality is an illusion created by a lack of good alcohol.
