I've managed to get a QW server up and running, so me and my bro can both connect to it over the net. It plays really smooth and brings back a lot of memories of online gaming from 97-98 period. My only problem is I want to get a QW CTF server running but can only get a DM server going. I know in normal Quake you have to set a -game directory but just can't seem to figure out how to change the game type for a QW server. Any help would be much appreciated

Any help would be much appreciated from the server window type gamedir (name of mod directory) eg gamedir ctf map (name of map you which to play) if you enter a pw in rcon_password you can control the server ingame from the qw client from the console rcon (your pw) then whatever command you want to issue eg rcon password map dm6 here's a pretty basic server.cfg file to give you a few idea's (must be in quake\id1 localinfo controls maps and map rotation hostname "my server" gamedir manic deathmatch 3 watervis 1 teamplay 0 timelimit 30 fraglimit 40 samelevel 2 maxclients 16 maxspectators 8 serverinfo Machine "PII400" serverinfo admin "ma...@to.me" rcon_password "user" map dm6 localinfo dm6 ultrav localinfo ultrav debello localinfo debello dm4 localinfo dm4 dm3 localinfo dm3 dm5 localinfo dm5 dm6
