from the server window type gamedir (name of mod directory)
eg gamedir ctf
map (name of map you which to play)
if you enter a pw in rcon_password you can control the server ingame from the qw
client

from the console rcon (your pw) then whatever command you want to issue
eg rcon password map dm6
