BR>recommend trying to overclock yours too. As far as the helmets go, BR>personally I prefer the Cyberhelm by Sony, but only get it if you can BR>afford it. Also, be sure you get the new DOS8GW.EXE from BR>ftp.idsoftware.com. And turn off GNIUSDRV.EXE (Genuis Drive, if you're BR>still using pathetic Smart Drive that may be the problem) that comes with BR>DOS 11.3 and Windows '01. Actually, I think this might all be because of BR>the new bug in the p6 chips. Lucky for us, Nexgen already has a Nx1086 BR>chip in the works, to compete with Intels p7 line due out this summer. Well, I've got the Microsoft "Total View" Headset, and it's ok, but typical Microsoft it will only run in Windows 95.3. I think I might take a look at that Logitech Headman, I hear it's got the new T47 3-D graphics accelerator chip that can process 2,947,585 polygons per second! Of course, Quake is the only game that currently supports it, but what ID does everyone else will soon copy, so I expect more games to be supporting the T47 soon. BTW, have you tried the new Descent 2.0? Level 22 has over 300 MILES of tunnels! It's impossible H2H, but it's really cool with 25+ people in the game. I love the new anit-matter cannon too, one time I took out 7 ships in one blast! Cobra ;-) * SLMR 2.1a * INN: 17802, Genie: D.BARIL1, Internet: akco...@cris.com
