This image was accidentally discovered in a lab that was experimenting
with high-frequency lighting.  A computer in the lab was running
Windoze, which displayed this image upon Windoze startup when they had
an ultraviolet light on.  Please do not try this at home, ultraviolet
light is very hazardous to the unshielded eye.
