Actually, they aren't 'the same' fatalities... In the normal no-blood mode, the fatalities are slightly changed of most of them, usually only to reduce the blood, tho... However, there is a code, which was also in the EGM, which turns on the full blood&gore mode... They state, however, that this is the code used for the beta version that they played, and that either the code may change or they might put the code in the rule book in the full release... or both, for that matter...
