Have you got consent from the deceased? Does it say in the last will and 
testament the body isn't donated to science but borderline rapists? Any 
being, human or otherwise, living or dead, should not only give consent 
but also be in a state where one could assume they're capable of giving 
consent as a normal adult would. Any situation where you have sex with 
any being that isn't fully capable of actively making such a decision is 
rape. And rape is a no-no.

On top of that there's also the power issue. Like an employee that fears 
saying no to the boss in fear of being fired. Or someone that is far 
older and able to manipulate the younger party.

It seems to me that you should be the one proving it is alright and not 
up to others to prove it's wrong. Say I steal something from you, 
without you ever finding out. Like taking 100 euros out of 300 from your 
pocket and you assuming you spent it or miscounted it. Then that doesn't 
cause physical or emotional pain. It doesn't make it right though.

Besides, you *know* little Timmy is going to walk in on you and he'll be 
traumatized for life. Best case scenario he'll tell you to stop 
reanimating his 100 year old granny because they tried and it didn't work.
