Death row. Help me please

Pls Help. I've got to the Death Row level but am stuck at the green door where there are flying pigs. I just can't find how to open the door. I've got all the access cards (red and yellow) and been in every room I can find, but nothing seems to open this door. What's the secret? That door can't be unlocked from the side you're on. There's another way in
and it involves demolishing the green "condemned" building.

Oops... I had my levels confused. The only way to unlock that door is to go
through the secret passage in one of the prison cells and going the long way
around.
