Death row. Help me please

Pls Help. I've got to the Death Row level but am stuck at the green door
where there are flying pigs. I just can't find how to open the door. I've got
all the access cards (red and yellow) and been in every room I can find, but 
nothing seems to open this door. What's the secret?
