I've only been able to find 2 of the 4 secrets.

1. the slime pool (swin down get the shotgun and swin through the
grate.

2. At the end where you can see into the slime river. to the left of
the switch that opens the door to the river of slime, get in front of
the computer panel and hit space.

Where are the other 2?

On the ramp leading up to the rocket control room, there's a fan in
the ceiling. If you blast it, you can fly up into it with a rocket
pack. (I found this one without any help! Ain't I clever? Not too
bad for a 42-year-old...)

The hint guide says that the other secret place is in the control
room which has the switch which opens the door out to where the
rocket is.

There is another secret beside the teleporter near the slime river. Its
hidden behind the computer terminals. Lots of health for everyone!
