I've only been able to find 2 of the 4 secrets.  

1. the slime pool (swin down get the shotgun and swin through the
grate.

2. At the end where you can see into the slime river. to the left of
the switch that opens the door to the river of slime, get in front of
the computer panel and hit space.

Where are the other 2?
