I cant install. grrrrr

I have tried 3 times to install doom3. Everything seems ok during installation but... There is nothing on my harddrive thats resembles Doom3. During installation it makes the doom3 folder on my d: drive but when is finishes then it deletes everything. There are traces after the installation that I can find with regedit, but thats it. I do keep a somewhat tight security with anti virus, adaware and 2xfirewall, but none of those makes any remarks about anything. Any good ideas or should I just continue playing UT2004? HaglStorm_DK

Failing that, you could try a manual install: (from http://forums.filefront.com/archive/index.php?t-138103.html) --- All you need to do is creat a directory /DOOM 3 (where ever you want it, create a base directory /base, then copy the PK4 files to the /base directory and the exe to your /DOOM 3 directory. Running the game will then create all the config files etc. .. ---
