I just concluded my present setup is just too old to handle doom3. I got into the cheats. The moment the graphics get heavy, doom3 crashes. Doom3 pushes the system beyond its capacity. I have a three year old P4 Dell 1.8 Gig, 256 meg SDRAM, and a Nvidia GetForce 2 MX with 64 meg video card. It is just to expensive to upgrade the card and RAM to handle the game. I think it would be cheaper to wait until the game comes out on XBox. The pc is just to old to spend that kind of money on. I just uninstalled doom3 from the pc.
