I wasl looking through several old Google posts on the Sega 
32X version of Doom. I discovered that after the credits screen,
C:\DOOM> appears on the screen, and the system becomes 
unresponsive. One poster mentioned that this was a joke, but 
I want to confirm whether it really is or not, or if 32X Doom may 
have actualy been running  under a DOS emulation. It seems strange
to do this with a game cartridge, but it's conceivable that it's
would be much easier to develop the port on a standard PC,
with out having to change the way it access it's data files, and
simply copy it to a flash-rom  with a DOS volume and a bare
version of DOS designed to run with the 32X instruction
set that automaticly loads DOOM on start up.
