My problem ended up being that the top of my wrist ended up aching
horribly after using the Trackman Marble for more than a little while.
I really blame this and many of my other mouse problems on my long
fingers (I'm kinda tall and thin) so my hands just don't sit right on
most mice.  I used the Trackman Marble daily for a few months before I
realized that the my wrist ache was just getting worse.  Since I
switched, I've had no problems.  I spent 7 hours playing Diablo a few
weeks ago with the mouse I have now and didn't experience any
discomfort.  Oh well, find what works for you and stay with it :).
