I've just bought Diablo, was attracted by the multiplayer aspect, having played Quake & Red Alert over the internet for a while. But I am dismayed to find that it seems the internet gameplay is dogged by "cheating". My question is, is it worthwhile playing Diablo over the net, or am I going to be up against a player who has equipped himself/herself with all sorts of impossible attributes? Surely the game could have been made tamperproof (Quake managed it by having the server do all the "thinking", I'm not sure about Red Alert I think that authenticates the code that's running). Geoff
