i had mutiple sounds with a couple of games and it was caused by a double up
of sound drivers after i had updated the drivers, goto the mutimedia in
control panel click the `+` next to audio devices and check if you have
doubled up with the same driver, it's weird that it only affects certain
games, anyway it worked for me hope it helps you.
