OpenGL and Glide are two very different API's

Your card does not support Glide.

It supports Direct3D or OpenGl
The D3D should work well, but the OpenGl may have
some issues with the video driver on that card.

you can also sort out if it is a sound problem by starting the game
with the -nosound command line and seeing if it runs ok then.
