On my 386dx/40 with 4M ram, speed is 'acceptible' when you use all the commandline switches to disable unused drivers and the -lowmem switch; also shrink the screen and knock out the midi music (play a heavy metal CD instead). Don't play it on a slower machine. This speed is acceptible for single player mode, but if you fight someone on a Pentium, you will get rocked. Frame rate is very important in deathmatches. -- Mosh Hard!
