1. The last level is hard (and I'm still playing on Rookie.) Real
hard. Real, REAL hard.

2. I dislike the vulcan cannon guys.

3. I REALLY dislike the homing missile guys.

4. I really, really, REALLY dislike the Boss Monster (who I actually
caught a glimpse of before I got blowed up real good.)

But seriously, folks...

For some reason, it took several gaming sessions for me to be really
blown away by this game. Went something like this :

First play : "Hmm. Cool. I think I burned out on these 3D games, though."
Second play : "Well. Is that it?"
Third play : "HM! This is pretty durn neato."
Fourth play : "Wow! What an amazing game!"
Fifth play (tonight) : "Whoooaaaaaa..."

The trick is getting comfortable with the game. Only then can you fully
appreciate the wonders of this program.

I am a little concerned, though. I have a 486/66 with 8 megs, and I have
to reduce the screen size a few times and turn the music off to get
reasonably smooth operation. Then I hear people saying "it runs faster
than DOOM on my 486/33!" Is this because I'm running a Cirrus VLB 1meg
video card? If so, what card should I get? I wanna run this full
screen, really I do.
