L8R...Sean > >dre...@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu > I had a similar problem. The way I fixed it was to call a vesa driver just before I ran DEVIL. I used a generic vesa driver that came with a graphics viewer program called DISPLAY. It a really nice freeware viewing program that handles most formats and has a ton of features. Anyway there was a vesa driver in the DRIVER subdirectory of the DISPLAY program. I think the latest version is called DISP187A.ZIP and DISP187B.ZIP Install these using the -d option of PKUNZIP, this will restore the directory structure of the program. Then I set up a batch program called START.BAT that contained the following two lines: SET GO32=DRIVER C:\DISPLAY\DRIVERS\VESA111.VDR DEVIL Vesa111.vdr was the video driver from DISPLAY that worked with my board, though it should work with most VESA compatible cards. Good luck. Regards, Randy Hester
