You don't need a "money adjuster" tip, you would only spoil the balance of
the game, besides, I don't believe that there are any cheats you can
implement on the C&C games. China may gather supplies fast but every attack
has a defence, it's probably your defence that you want to work on
especially in the initial stages of the game. I assume you are playing as
USA so defend entrances to your base with mixtures of static (patriot) and
mobile (tanks/humvees/rocket dudes) units allowing for ground or air
assault.

The whole game revolves around cash generation, almost always the one with
most money wins unless skill level is severly imbalanced, so gather fast
from all available supply dumps, secure and capture derricks that are free
and most importantly start getting air drops built to supplement the cash
flow.

IMO China is actually the easier side to defeat because it's cash generator
(hackers) is far easier to kill than to destroy USA air drops or GLA black
markets.

Think and build cash and you will almost always have a stronger force than
your opponent.

Which is why I scatter my hackers out as far as possible, so I lose as few
as possible in a single strike.
