Haha, well there is the difference.  The game doesn't become
unplayable on a state-of-the-art system!  My little P4-M 1.7 Ghz
becomes very unplayble... and don't even talk about my desktop 1.33
Ghz Athlon!  Santa didn't bring me a new PC either, so I'll have to
keep limping along a little longer until the next patch hopefully
fixes it.
