Those are infact in the back of the C&C Generals manual,

Action                                                             Key
Select a Unit                                               Left Click
Add a unit to selection                               Shift+L Click
Select all on-screen units of a type             E or double L Click
Select previous/next unit                        Left/Right Arrow Keys
Select all combat units                                         Q



As such there is no 'hot key' for the warfactory  only for the Command
Center which is the key 'H'
