Changing Initial $ Value in Multiplayer

I have C&C for the Mac, and my friend has it for DOS. We want to know
how to change the maximum initial money value for multiplayer games.
In the Mac version, there is a ceiling of 9999. Our concern is that,
as in politics, fundraising can be a major hassle, perhaps a
corruption, sometimes even taking resources away from killing the
other guys, and we want to perform an exercise in pure strategy.

In short: is there any hack that can be done to give us each more than
9999? Thanks.

"The enemy, retorted Yossarian with weighted precision,

which side he's on, and that includes Colonel Cathcart.
And don't you forget that, because the longer you re-

But Clevinger did forget it, and now he was dead.
