I appreciate people responding to my last post, and what I have surmised is
that the rules.ini file can be altered to change things, (which i knew
about), but that it is NOT supposed to happen when playing Westwood Online.
Is this the truth or isn't it? If both players rules.ini files arent
exactly the same, then the game should crash, right? Is this an absolute?
Does it happen only sometimes? I have played a game online and an "out of
sync" message has come up. It wasnt me so it had to be the other guy if
this was caused by him altering his rules.ini file.
Somebody know about how firm this should be? I am sure Westwood has heard
from many, many online players regarding "cheating" online. Have they
totally fixed it so NOONE can cheat?

thanks,
John Haskins
