Look, I'm not saying I can beat the tank rush every time. I got lucky.
But I know that I'm not a good player at all (I DEFINITELY KNOW THIS) .
But, tank rushing is not a problem. It is a strategy. Another strategy
is learning how to stop it. Besides, it's not like I build 6 airfields
and migs every game like that. I usually go for the war factories, and
tanks. I never tank rush early. I have never tried it. I never attack
early unless it's with a couple of v2 rockets and I'm trying to destroy
a power plant. Anyway, the point is, tank rushes can be stopped, and
when people start to learn how, tank rushing isn't going to become very
popular anymore.

I'm not saying I can stop the tank rush. I probably can't, but lots of
people can, so it's not a problem.
