To get the orca's : once you know where they will attack, lure them
with a bike to your bazookas, other bikes or even better : sam-sites
and start riding circles around that setup. Those orcas will wish you
to be a fan of Free Willy.
The air strikes are a pain in the but. I found out that in level 13
they only attack the object closest to the northern edge. So set up a
minigunner on the far left, as close as you can to the top off your
screen and don't build to high up. The hogs will burn that poor gunner
but his death, and those off the many gunners you will sacrifice, will
have kept your structures in the clear.
You can also set up some sam-sites, but it will take a lot of them and
a long time to get rid of the warthogs.

Let it rip.
