I have seen this twice so far:

On the last nod mission, I built an attack chopper and sent it after a 
computer harvester.  It was taken out in mid air by 3 orcas.

I was playing multiplayer a few days ago as nod, and I had an opponent 
take out my choppers with orcas, again in midair flying around his base.

How is the done?
Can my choppers do the same as the orcas?
