I like the fast play that you can only get from a swarm of bikes. I like the fact that tank rushes, although still effective, can be stopped. I like the fact that one engineer can cripple you early, or an early copter attack can end the game. All these factors add up to a heart-pumping ride. RA is just boring to me. The games take way to long and I always feel like I'm playing Sim City. A few tips for newer players. 0 unit count games are usually a trick by someone who like to use an early engineer, avoid these or do it to him first. with 6 units GDI gets free apc (not good) 5 is better With 12 units GDI gets free mamooth and Nod gets 2 stealths (10 is better) The left side of any map sucks for Nod, the computer compensates for this by giving you your money back on buggies (every fourth or fifth one) You'll notice that the buggy does not pop out on it's on and you have to reclick the icon, watch and you will see $300 added to your credits. Don't waste money on Mamooths, Med tanks will beat them everytime. If you're Nod and your opponent is GDI you have to attack early, don't let him build a swarm of med tanks--there is almost no way to stop him. 2 strips or weapons factories build twice as fast as one. If you play me (Trag) you better have two. hee hee.
