I think you misunderstand.  I'm not talking about unit balances and stuff like 
that.  I'm talking about the long-awaited patch that will deal with some of the 
crashing problems and system instability issues.  THAT's new programming, and 
it's rumoured that Counterstrike is being held up for that patch.
