Soviets should have pillbox and allies should have tesla.  That way,
sovs get anti-armor vehicles and anti-infantry defense/units.  Allies
get anti-infantry vehicles and anti-vehicle defense/units.  Like C&C. 
Allies should get the flame tank and soviets should get submarines.  And
bla bla on..
