Correct cruisers are too damn cheap. Looking at their capabilities compared to single mig for example which cost's similar amount and it is amazingly different in capability. You need massed migs to make them useful which overall costs tons more than a cruiser. Cruisers in reality on a similar price scale would cost about 10 000. This is obviously too much. I think westwood realized this and put in many deficiancies like huge vulnrabilities from sea and air and very slow movement.
