If you order from www.onsale.com, good luck getting your order. I have had problems getting my merchandise. If you order from www.onsale.com, good luck getting your order. I have had problems getting my merchandise. They charged me $17.90 to ship to 2 keyboards. A lot of money. After 3 weeks, one keyboard arrived with a bill for two. I never recieved the second keyboard. After calling them, at my expense since they do not have an 800 number and they do not accept collect calls, they gave me 2 shipping numbers since they claimed to have sent them separately. I contacted the shipping company and they said the two numbers are invalid. I sent email to their customer support and they said: "if you have not received the 2nd unit we will trace and reship, there are NO REFUNDS." Who knows, maybe I'll get it, but its several weeks and for the price I paid for shipping, I should have received it within a few days. keywords: www.onsale.com onsale.com onsale problem scam never buy from where is my keyboard On 24 Jun 1997 18:30:23 GMT, Shpsh...@aol.com (Adam B.) wrote: >Over the last 18 months, I've purchased about a dozen or so items through >OnSale, either from OnSale itself, or a vendor they represent.
