Your analysis is not complete. If there were no government enforced equality, then there would be no male managers who would have female subordinates (with the exception of secretaries and other worker bees). So now you have politically correct and brain-dead male managers who ascend to their positions; they come with a willingness to have female subordinates; but they also come with certain undesirable characteristics and characters! Another explanation for what you point out is that the nature of government enforced equality is such that everyone in the game of life is moving towards a multiway tie for last place. Under such circumstances, would you expect to see anything but the dregs being elevated? The Treatise on the Downward Wage Equalizing Effects of Equal Employment Opportunity is available at: http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/3982/ "Government enforced wage equalization will work only in the downward direction" - despite any initial appearance to the contrary! And the most shocking thing of all is that the least preferred worker does not even have to be awarded a job for many phenomena to occur.
