Depends on your choice of UI. Most major  Linux distros come in versions
for each of the popular UIs. I use Mate, but Mint seems popular, and  you
can get Gnome, etc. If you don't like the prebuilt distros  it's fairly
easy to install one of the (perhaps) second-tier UIs in popularity. If you
want to go further down the list you may have to compile it yourself. Of
course you probably knew this.
