TL;DR, but how is that different from what's already known?  I.e. that
the campaign used Facebook like this:

- Create focus groups.
- Say something in public.
- Watch how the groups react (via Facebook and Facebook trackers on
  various web pages).
- Tweak the message to maximize the effect.
- Repeat.

Facebook sells the tools to do this, and it's all very effective, and
apparently legal.
